For products purchased from Rollz, please refer to Rollz return policy:
If the product received was incorrect or damaged, the return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product on Rollz.com by completing a return request form. After the return is received, a replacement of the ordered item will be delivered to the customer.
If a return is initiated for other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The customer will have to send the product back within 30 days after receiving the item. The product needs to be unused and in the same condition as received, also with original packaging material still attached and in the original box.
Please keep this in mind:
- You can request to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any return requests.
- To receive a refund (only when the returned products aren’t damaged or incorrect, as they will be replaced) the product(s) must be returned unused, complete, undamaged (except if you’ve received it like this) and in the original packaging.
- In the case the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, Rollz Mobility US Inc. reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s).
- If return meets all requirements of Rollz policy, refund will be issued within 30 days of completion of return procedure.
- When you return the product without the provided return label and/or RMA, the return will be refused.
- If the returned products do not meet our policy a refund will not be provided
